My journey into visual storytelling began in the 90s, when I was just a kid with an analog camera in hand and a pocket full of black and white film rolls, courtesy of my parents. They gave me complete freedom to shoot whatever caught my eye. But with only 24 or 36 shots per roll, I quickly learned to be thoughtful about every frame. That early balance between creative freedom and careful decision making still shapes the way I approach cinematography today.

I’m now working as a cinematographer for leading brands such as Apple, Samsung, The Glenlivet, Philips, Asahi, Royal Swinkels, Gazelle, KLM, Ajax, Feyenoord, and Red Bull Racing. My work is defined by rich colors, strong contrasts and dynamic camera movements that brings energy and rhythm to the frame.

I believe in the power of strong visual language where every shot has a purpose and contributes to the bigger story. Whether I’m shooting a global campaign or a tightly focused narrative, I bring the same level of care, curiosity, and visual intuition to the process.
